WHEREAS, the City and Public Works Management, LLC (“PWM”) entered into a contract for Special Rate and Fee Structure Studies and Development and Utility Commissions Monitoring Services (“Services”), divided into three (3) tasks, including Task 1 (Calculation of Passaic Valley Sewage Commission’s Pilot Payments) for the total contract amount of $199,800.00, which the contract was authorized by Resolution 7R9-j, adopted the Municipal Council on August 3, 2011; and

WHEREAS, the City has requested and PWM has provided additional services relating to Task 1 (Calculation of PVSC’s Pilot Payments), thereby necessitating a $2,925.05 increase in the contract amount to compensate PWM for those services; and

WHEREAS, the City is desirous of amending the total contract amount from $199,800.00 to an amended total contract amount of $202,725.05.




NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
