WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-a 011911, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic & Housing Development to enter into and execute a non-fair and open Sub-recipient Agreement with The CHEN School, Inc., for the purpose of providing physical rehabilitation services to its facility located at 24 Maiden Lane, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for the term of December 1, 2010 through November 30, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the term of the above Sub-recipient Agreement has expired and the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic & Housing Development seeks authorization to enter into and execute a First Amended Sub-recipient Agreement to extend the term of the Sub-recipient Agreement from December 1, 2010 ...
