WHEREAS, the City of Newark’s, Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals, advertised in a local newspaper circulating within the municipality for the receipt of bids on April 26, 2012, in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq., for Contract No. 08-2010, Wilson Avenue Reconstruction Eastern Phase Project; and
WHEREAS, on June 14, 2012, the Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals, advertised Addendum No. 2 for the receipt of bids on June 26, 2012, for Contract No. 08-2010, Wilson Avenue Reconstruction Eastern Phase Project; and
WHEREAS, on June 26, 2012, eleven (11) bids were received for Contract No. 08-2010, Wilson Avenue Reconstruction Eastern Phase Project.; and
