WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 7R3-i 090612, the Municipal Council authorized the Deputy Mayor/Director of the Department of Economic and Housing Development, on behalf of the Business Administrator and the City of Newark, to enter into and execute a fair and open agreement with The Greater Newark Conservancy, Inc., (the "Sub-recipient") for the purpose of providing physical rehabilitation services to its facility located at 32 Prince Street, Newark, New Jersey 07103 from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $120,000.00 ("Sub-recipient Agreement"); and
