WHEREAS, Resolution 7R12-a July 3, 2012 authorized the award of Contract 03-WS2012 (Rebid) Concrete Sidewalk Restoration over Water and Sewer Excavations to Nagi Construction Co. Inc., 52 Great Hills Road, Millburn, New Jersey 07041, in the amount of $192,000.00, in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5 et seq.; and
WHEREAS, Contract 03-WS2012 (Rebid) was completed and is to be closed out with a total of $4,639.27 to be increased for modifications from the total contract amount with a contract time increase of 30 calendar days; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities wishes to execute Final Quantities Change Order No. 01 to Contract 03-WS2012 (Rebid) Concrete Sidewalk Restoration over Water and Sewer Excavations, with Nagi Construction Co.
