WHEREAS, the City of Newark continues to be in need of technical and management assistance in connection with the operation and management of the City of Newark's Municipal Television Studio; and
WHEREAS, as authorized by Resolution 7R1-a (S) adopted October 5, 2016, the Director of Communications entered into a contract with Edward Joseph Cologna Productions, Inc. for one year commencing October 5, 2016, with two one year options to renew; and
WHEREAS, Edward Joseph Cologna Productions, Inc. with address at 119 Aycrigg Avenue, Passaic New Jersey 07055, has demonstrated a proven track record with managing the Municipal Television Studio, experience, knowledge of the equipment and demonstrated responsibility for developing and implementing a new NWKTV with the City's intent to improve the quality of life programming and additional programming to capture the Administration and the Mayor's vision of "A City We Can All...
