WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Central Ward Health Fair at Spencer Miller Community School (Louise A. Spencer), 66 Muhammad Ali Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07108, on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. (Includes Set-up time at 6:00 A.M. and Clean-up/Take-down completed at 5:00 P.M.); and
WHEREAS, the Newark Municipal Council has indicated its support for this wholesome event by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Newark Public Schools, 765 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
1. The Newark Municipal Council supports the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement, drawn by the City of Newark Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Newark Public Schools, 765 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, for any claims arising out of the City of Newark's use of Spencer Miller Community School (Louise A. Spencer), 66 Muhammad Ali Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07108, for the Central Ward Health Fair on Saturday, May 4, 2019, from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. (Includes Set-up time at 6:00 A.M. an...
