WHEREAS, the Local Municipal Budget for the Year 2019 was approved on the 11th day of June, 2019;
and
WHEREAS, the public hearing on said Budget has been held as advertised; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to amend said approved Budget; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Governing Body of the City of Newark, County of Essex that
