WHEREAS, the Municipal Council adopted Resolution 7R8-c on October 16, 2019 in support of the Annual Children's Halloween Parade and Festivities at Flamboyan Manor (outside/inside), if rain, 147 Verona Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, on Thursday, October 31, 2019, from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. (Includes Set-up time at 11:30 A.M. and Clean-up/Take-down ending at 8:00 P.M.); and
WHEREAS, in addition to the Annual Children's Halloween Parade and Festivities, the Municipal Council is desirous of holding harmless Temple Rock of My Salvation Church for participation in the Harvest Celebration at Temple Rock of My Salvation Church, 88-90 Verona Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07104, on Thursday, October 31, 2019, from 5:30 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.; and
