WHEREAS, the United States Department of Justice - Bureau of Justice Assistance through the Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) Program will provide funding to assist eligible states, local units of government, and tribes in preventing, preparing for, and responding to the Coronavirus. The CESF Program is authorized by Division B of H.R. 748, Pub. L. No. 116136 (Emergency Appropriations for Coronavirus Health Response and Agency Operations); 28 U.S.C. 530C. Funds awarded under the CESF Program must be utilized to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the Coronavirus.
