WHEREAS, Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey-Occupational Therapy Doctorate Program (hereinafter referred to as the "University") offers an Occupational Therapy Assistant Program to allow for student field work experience with contracted facilities; and
WHEREAS, the University shall provide the academic preparation of the students through classroom instruction and supervision; and
WHEREAS, the City of Newark (hereinafter referred to as the "City") desires to facilitate the occupational program by providing the students with fieldwork experience at five (5) Newark Senior Centers, to allow for direct contact and interaction with the senior citizen population; and
