The New Jersey Devils and United Airlines would like to donate (225) pairs of ice skates to the City of Newark to make skating at the Ironbound Rink more accessible to Newark residents and to update and improve the Skate Kiosk. These skates are new, manufactured by Bauer, and come in a variety of sizes. The skates have a value of approximately $12,000.00.

WHEREAS, United Airlines, 1 Newark Airport, Newark, New Jersey 07114 and the New Jersey Devils, 25 Lafayette Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102, would like to donate (225) pair of ice skates to the City of Newark (the "City") to make skating at the Ironbound Rink more accessible to Newark residents. These skates are new, manufactured by Bauer, and come in a variety of sizes. The skates have a value of approximately Twelve Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($12,000.00); and
