WHEREAS, by Resolution 7R9-a adopted on November 4, 2021, the Municipal Council authorized the acceptance of grant funding in the amount of $1,729,500.00 from the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness for approved projects from the FFY21 Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI-Local Share) Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the City's Department of Public Safety, Office of Emergency Management (OEM), wishes to utilize a portion of the above described grant funds to enter into a Systems Maintenance and Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the maintenance of the video-wall controller to ensure interconnectivity between the City's Emergency Operations Center (EOC), the City's Mobile EOC, and state and federal agencies; and
