WHEREAS, Resolution 7R1-c adopted on March 16, 2022, by the Municipal Council authorized Stageline Mobile Stage, 700 Marsolais Street, L'Assomption, Quebec, Canada J5W2G9, to provide a Mobile Stage at an amount not to exceed One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($140,000.00) for a period not to exceed twenty-four (24) consecutive months pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15; and
WHEREAS, the Division of Central Purchasing mailed the contracts for signature to Stageline Mobile Stage, 700 Marsolais Street, L'Assomption, Quebec, Canada J5W2G9, to execute the contract and provide accompanying mandatory documents required at execution; and
WHEREAS, Stageline Mobile Stage notified the Division of Central Purchasing stating that they could not accept the contract at the price stated in their bid proposal; and
