WHEREAS, Essex County Commissioner President Wayne Richardson, DDA Pioneer Investment Group and Health Benefit Advisors, 275 Ellery Avenue, Newark, New Jersey 07106, would like to donate a total of five (5) 6-foot Christmas Tree with decorations, lighting and storage containers to each of our five Senior Centers to the City of Newark (the "City") to beautify the Senior Centers during the Holiday Season contributing to a fun and festive ambiance during the Holidays.
