WHEREAS, the Municipal Council is desirous of supporting the Mass Service Commemorating the 50th Golden Anniversary of Roberto Clemente, at the Basilica Cathedral of the Sacred Heart and assisting its attendees with parking to be located at Barringer High School's Parking Lot, 90 Parker Street, Newark, New Jersey 07104, on Saturday December 31, 2022, from 12:30 P.M. until 1:30 P.M.; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Council has indicated its' support for this wholesome event that will benefit Newark residents, by supporting the issuance of a Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement by the City of Newark, Insurance Fund Commission, for the benefit of Newark Public Schools, 765 Broad Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, THAT:
